Please allow 1 business day for all orders to be processed. All shipping times are estimates once processing is complete and may vary depending on location of delivery. Tracking numbers provide full shipping details; Delivery Confirmation numbers verify when the package is delivered. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation Numbers are provided via email.

KY General Store is able to ship to any street address, post office box or military address. Packages sent to a military address may be delayed by military mail handling. We require complete and accurate address information for delivery. We are unable to guarantee delayed, lost, or spoiled shipments in which an inaccurate address is provided. KY General Store will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses provided by a customer. If a problem with a shipping address is discovered, we will attempt to contact the purchaser and correct it.

Out of Stock Items
If an out of stock item is included in your order, it will be placed on backorder until new stock has arrived. Your order will remain open for the backordered item and will be shipped as soon as it is in stock. Shipping time for backordered items can be between 5 and 30 days. KY General Store will notify you if an item is backordered, and you will be given the choice of shipping in stock items immediately and waiting for the backordered item. Alternately, you may choose to hold the entire order and wait until all items are in stock. If you would like to cancel your purchase of any backordered item, please contact us.

Drop Ship
All Drop Ship orders come directly from the manufacturer to ensure the highest quality and lowest price to our customers. The only shipping option available is UPS Ground. Drop Ship orders typically arrive in 5-12 business days, and come with a Tracking Number.

United States Postal Service (USPS)
First-Class:
An economical method for packages that weigh 13 ounces or less only. Orders usually arrive in 2-5 business days, and come with Delivery Confirmation.

Priority:
For packages that weigh over 13 ounces, Priority is the most effective choice. Orders usually arrive in 2-4 business days, and come with Delivery Confirmation.
